Taiwan likes to make a lot of fake chips too.

I told our supplier to stop sending us that shit and I'd buy them here in the US because his "SUPPOSED" Microchip PIC chips had a fail rate of 50%

Now I have him just put a socket on the boards and buy the pic chips from mouser/digikey etc.

To be honest though we're much better off being overwhelmed by Asian immigration than African or Middle-Eastern like the rest of the 'first world'

They make great neighbors. however, Nothing to do with their eyes being slanted. The first generation Chinese drivers are really annoying as fuck. My American born Chinese friends drive normally. I never had a problem nor ever looked over and saw a bad Chinese driver growing up. My late wife didn't drive like that.

but it's usually a guy, young and chinese that drives like he's a drifting cloud in two to three lanes. that is the only Stereotype I see when driving. no turn signal and weaving between lanes. more like drifting. outside of that, they're really good people and good neighbors. they don't play loud music with shitloads of bass rattling the wall. they don't throw garbage on the ground.

the only other thing that annoys me is the Men (especially older ones) stare a lot. you wave and they don't respond. I think they're in a deep thought and not seeing you but through you. it's hard to tell.

White people in my neighborhood growing up were loud, leave 10 cars on the lawn like Mexicans do. lots of rumbling motorcycles (usually hogs) and Parties every weekend. It's like some of the Greek Row housing on campus. Animal House neighborhood. just without college students so much.

Never grew up in the hood except one street I lived on there were Projects around the block. a small Low Income housing that I had a few friends live in. lots of shootings even back in the 80s (worst most violent decade) but it was just one big square block off the main streets. would always hear shootings or Ambulance rushing to a stabbing or shooting.

outside of that, I lived in good neighborhoods. my favorite was by a beach. I took Waluigi over to the one down the street from my house. Some Mexicans were using Deepsea poles to go fishing at midnight. it was cold as fuck too. I made him watch this movie filmed near that beach. it's a cult classic but kind of stupid-funny like "Dude where's my car". Roman Coppala is the son of Francis Ford and brother of Sophia.

^ Opening scene is with the band Devo and filmed at my Community college. It's part of the Peralta Community college of Alameda, Lany (In Oakland) and Berkeley College off the Cal Campus. which I took a class in A/V and creative writing.

this movie was released in 1990 but filmed between 88-89. I was attending there at the time.

    ISNT THAT NEAT!
