This is dangerous, as it is basically asserting that cultural norms are more important than what the law is.
I don't feel like a judge has the right to just ignore the law because he's feeling edgy and nietzchean.
Laws are there to enforce the will of the majority, for good or ill.
What happens when the majority are wrong? Well that's complicated. But you don't get to just say "nah, law doesn't matter in this case". -

shit like that happens with muslims all the time, there was a such a pedo ring the britfag government refused to investigate because they were afraid DAS RAYSIS, im guessing this is also the case with gypsies throughout europe.
