2021-12-15 at 8:56 PM UTCNot much...I'm not very empathetic these days...for me to hit them they'd have to be in the fucking road which is never a good idea for a pedestrian...so even if it was 100% legally my fault...I'd still blame the dumb nog for wandering around on the road.
Driving to work every morning now in the dark..and with Houston having few to no sidewalks it's a pretty daily occurrence to see a dumb jogger jogging up the road and with it being dark and often your windshield dewy you only see them as you pass them...because the dumb fucks are not wearing reflectors or lights either.
...so if I hit one of those dumb twats I'd 100% blame them.
Black joggers compound that situation even further..at least white ones have a white face that you can often see "just in time"...a nog jogger just has his eyes and those could be mistaken for fireflies in the dark.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

Cyclists and pedestrians oftenttimes feel that they are just as entiltled to the roads as motorists. Apparently u disagree wholeheartedly, huh Daddio? Also, interesting that there are minimal sidewalks around you. why is that? -

Well no, joggers are not entitled to jog on the highway...there are parks for that...in fact that's jaywalking. Cyclists sure...but then it's not really their "entitlement" rather there attitude.
another example is people who cross the road without even looking "because it's a crosswalk and they have the right of way"...hey, dumbfuck...look anyway...guess who is going to die if you don't look and a car hits you.
As a pedestrian or cyclist you have to understand YOU are the vulnerable one...regardless of your "rights"...assuming the drivers on the road are all excellent drivers, paying attention etc is what gets you killed.
Why Houston doesn't have sidwalks is a good question...You can't walk fucking anywhere here except the park.
ETA: oh and the cyclists on the road here always ride the wrong fucking way!!! (I guess so they can watch oncoming traffic) but still...DUMB, GET A CAR OR GET THE FUCK OUT OF HOUSTON HUMAN.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -
2021-12-15 at 9:32 PM UTCIf you accidentally run over a pedestrian and they're still alive, you're always best to back over them a few times, or you'll be paying for their crippled condition for the rest of their lives. In China, this is a common practice.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!

Good advice.
A friend of mine used to live in South Africa back in the late 70s early 80s before the nogs took over.
When his family got there one of the things they were told was if you ever run over a black in your car DON'T STOP and DON'T GO TO CHECK ON THEM.
Apparently it was common for nogs to get themselves runover and then when you stop and check they are ok, you get a machete in your neck and they drive off with your car while you bled out on the road.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -
