   Is it? I thought the law was It's illegal to TAKE a minor across state lines to have sex.
   
   Either way it's laughable stupid that that is the case...in a supposed UNITED country that different laws apply depending on where you are in the country. You could literally be 3ft on the wrong side of the law.
   
   But Kyle wasn't breaking any laws by crossing state lines, even though the prosecution and media tried to say so.
