I think it's the natural gas that builds up could cause carbon monoxide and people have passed out and died. so they're there to monitor I guess. if another grabs a person they too pass out so this way you have one harness up to go in and hook the first person and if person 2 passes out then the others pull them both out
that would be my guess. -

I wasn't agreeing nor disagreeing. Though I was a former Union member of 3 and hold 2 idle cards (that I seriously dont have anymore.. and wouldn't go back)
Unions are filthy these days with nepotism. yes nepotism existed before but now they're just poorly run by corrupted gangs. (like literal former gang members in most urban cities)
if one of these street medic guys fuck up the that is mal-practice and they have 0 insurance to pay for their mistakes. the Good Citizen clause doesnt work on people who purposly go out looking for this. that applies to someone who happens to be in the area of a situation. because no it's just mal-practice and or no license to practice. but if you happen to have this on hand and show up, then that could be in your defense.
Im not a lawyer but I see over and over how these courts side and why. you cant make it your mission to do this or it's your Job and you're now held responsible for having the proper classifications to do so and willing to take a risk. so good samaritan law won't apply. call up any California attorney and ask this. -

Here’s my fan theory. Doug claimed that he was about to be arrested for having CP on his computer. I don’t recall him ever talking about kids except for when he faked his daughter Sophia’s death. Doug faked his own death in a very elaborate way with full Facebook profiles and an obituary. That then freed him up to post under his true identify Maciej “Mike Latta” Duraj. His mom's facebook had his obituary on it along with a happy smiling photo of him in saner times (which someone posted here) along with dozens of relatives/friends of theirs offering their condolences...not sure how he could fake that without him having his mom and relatives in on it too...which seems a bit extreme to satiate 4 people on NIS. -
