this can easily be done with spoiler and voting feature.
all post that contains "child abuse elements" as reported by users will be hidden like spoilers.
users then can choose to either click to see it or go a step back. the users who choose to see it will be registered and their name displayed like in the polls.
there will be two lists. users who viewed pedo-centric posts and users who did not.
