Scronny is just racist against people in mobility scooters. We live near an apartment building that caters to people with physical disabilities (it's like part run by a charity with a focus on that, even) and every time we leave our building there's like 30 people speeding around on mobility scooters down the sidewalk and it's like playing frogger just getting around. He fucking hates those bastards and will do anything to excuse this extrajudicial killing of a disabled man.
