    It's great to have some benzos handy, just as an occasional thing. I really need to find a decent source again.

    A lot of people are prescribed diazepam or clonazepam long term for muscle of seizure disorders, it's not always just anxiety usage.

    Alprazolam is a shitty one to give long term though, every doctor I've seen who write people more than like 30 mg of alprazolam per month have been total quacks who would give you whatever.
