shits getting crazy. Yesterday some dude stole a tow truck and drove from san Francisco to Oakland but the wrong way. On the top part of the bridge. then rams a few CHP cars blocking the toll booth.
same area that a mom was shot to death at the toll booth just last week. and a baby on the skyway going towards downtown Oakland just a few weeks prior. just shooting at random cars and playing GTA on the bridge with a stolen tow-truck.
