Mixing any kind of cream of powdered creamer into coffee is for women and people who should stick to tea. Sugar is acceptable if it's only a little bit.
I worked with a really fat type 2 diabetic who would order a coffee from Starbucks with 12 pumps of sugar. I saw it on the desk and asked if that was a good idea and he said "it's really not that sweet though".
