American companies refuse to hire weed smokers. You gotta pass a drug test to get hired. That is how you destroy an economy and I believe every problem of American society stems from workplaces not hiring weed smokers.
Black crime and violence? Corporate anti weed smokers, poverty? Corporate anti weed smokers. Lack of housing? Corporate anti weed smokers.
There would be many more houses built, less crime and more wealth if society employed it's work force instead of demonizing and cancelling it for burning a plant and inhaling the vapors. Chinese people don't smoke weed so they don't have this problem
Stop trying to run companies like chinks. run them like WHITE PEOPLE where you slap your boss on the back and smoke a joint and have a brew AFTER WORK and never take a drug test in your life.
Just look at Fonaplats an otherwise healthy young man and look at his life. All his problems come from Corporate anti weed smokers.
Why is Joe 20k over budget? Because he kept firing competent workers, but in his eyes he was getting rid of a "problem" because the people he kept hiring smoked weed and he kept asking to drug test them on camera so they quit.

2021-11-28 at 3:17 PM UTCHun, a lot of companies are starting to do that. Ohio is only medicinal, but many employees are leaving out marijuana on their drug screens. We do drug screens, and many say what panel they want tested, but they omit marijuana. I’m beginning to see it more and more.
They’re coming around. There’s a South Carolina congresswoman leading the way to decriminalize marijuana at the federal level.
The US is getting there, it just takes time, and lots of legislation🙄. But that’s how it works! -

I'm against drug testing in general. Who cares what someone does on their own time? And if you can get a job done while high then whats the problem?
I understand you can't SMOKE UP in the backyard of a client who's house you're painting or stink like weed. I worked for growers that did renos on the side and obviously they stunk like weed all day and nobody cared, they made money, everyone was happy but it wasn't million dollar homes.
And I completely understand not operating machinery while fucked up. But then you work for any small company and the boss tells you to raise him up while he stands on the forks like a ladder which is a huge health and safety violation, probably worse than operating it fucked up. I have operated a forklift while high and lifted up my boss before.
I just think it's funny how American companies drug screen but we don't. It just seems like a cheaper way to not hire "certain segments of the population" to me which is probably why every workplace is full of (sober) retards these days. Huffing their farts in the meeting room about how cool it is to be boring and slow and only do cocaine in a bathroom once a year. -

I keep seeing facebook marketplace ads for jobs that say "no smokers" I assume they mean nicotine??? Everyone is making fun of them in the comments, rightfully so.
Working for someone like that sounds like it would stress me out enough to start smoking cigs again. -
