    Idk it’s kinda confusing now but I only get the one that specifically says unsweetened/pure/natural water and not juice/milk

    And I c wut u did thar; I know a thing or 2 about balancing potassium levels

    In fact Costco fucking duped me the other day, the one they sold came in almost exactly the same packaging and was cheaper

    Except when I read the ingredients it was 99% coconut water, and of course it tasted better because of the added sugar
