    ……..and justice is served.

Life has a way of making things right!

But don’t forget: “there are very fine people on both sides”. Yeah, they’re fined alright.

28 mil. They sued the nazis and won!

fined for organizing a protest? that sets a very interesting precedent

Injured folk = the antifa who attacked the rally.

This is Roberta Kaplan's suit. jedi lawfare. The same thing they use to rubber stamp land grabs from the Palestinians.

The line "community defense tools" is my favorite part this case. It's what antifa call weapons.

when did 'counter protesting' even become a thing

opposing protests should always be kept separate, because they always end in violence

That was the whole point of what happened in Charlottesville, it was an ambush. The antifa were led into the Unite the Right rally deliberately in order to violently shut it down. The police only acted to cauldron the two sides together. The events were planned out, it didn't just happen.

Antifa are an organisation that explicitly exist to use violence for political ends - in other words the definition of terrorism - but they will never be banned since they serve a purpose, and enjoy state, elite, and institutional backing.

Roberta Kaplan is an elite level jedi lawyer, she has been involved in jedi ethnic advocacy and jedi community organising her whole life. She was heavily involved in shutting down the "Me too" movement when it started getting out of hand and targeting wealthy jedis, and in arranging favourable coverage for Harvey Weinstein in the press.

so does this mean BLM can be fined when a city burns down?

that's part of what I meant about precedents

also a chilling effect on future protests... imagine going on about 'damaging our democracy' and then celebrating a legal attack on one of its core tenets

    fuys

    just imagine

The thing is, everyone kinda gets this was a political show trial. Even people like OP get that. I wouldn't like to be trying to use this as precedent and arguing from that position for something related. Like Scron said - will BLM get sued now? We all know that won't happen.

Those protests were spontaneous all over the world.

Charlottesville was planned as a protest to removing statues.

    Just imagine Star Trek 🥴
