The chair of the Republican National Committee, Ronna McDaniel, called up the AGs to intimidate them just hours before the lawsuit was to drop at the Supreme Court, urging them not to sign the complaint. The AGs then requested the complaint be updated with some of their requests before being filed. This is merely a delay, not a game changer. I still say the Supreme Court will accept the case within the next day or two.

The packet captures show US Government equipment and resources were used by the 2020 election hackers to gain access to the voting systems. Just before Lindell's team of lawyers were to drop the case onto SCOTUS, Garland and his thugs in the FBI threatened to issue raids and arrests for the classified government information contained in the PCAPS. So, now the Lindell lawyers are going to use a whistleblower statute Obama created in 2015 to provide immunity for the PCAP logs, before dropping the updated lawsuit on the Supreme Court. It is going to drop. Within the next couple of days.
