Im increasing my gaba intake from 400mg/d up to 3600mg/d gradually until the itching goes away.

If it works at all I will call the doctor tomorrow and try to explain this fucking mess and get my dosage increased so I can sustain it.

Lack of sleep has my brain on mashed potato mode.
My day will be full of comical errors and lack of sense.

It’s psychosomatic Fona. You’ve been kind of freaking out and stressed lately right? And it goes away when you’re distracted? You need to find a way to chill out.

Could be dry skin. Very common this time of year. It's caused by central heating - the air outside is cold, when you bring it inside and heat it up then the moisture level in it drops way down. That sucks the moisture out of your skin. Then you have things like hot showers, which strips all the oils out of your skin.

Solution is to turn down the heat, take colder showers, use normal unmedicated oily creams after showering, and leaving a bowl of water in the room where you are sleeping to put some moisture back into the air.

Lymph nodes swell up all the time for all sorts of reasons. You should keep an eye on the situation, see if it gets better within 2 weeks or so, if it doesn't then it's OK to start to get concerned.

Getting off gabas 1 year ago was one of the best things I did. My nerves still “jump” in my legs, where I can see it on the surface; and I’m getting cramping again, but it’s better than being on those things.

    Fona,
Did you say you had covid?

You are currently in the process of dying of the experimental mRNA gene therapy. You don't have very long left. You should get your personal matters in order. Funeral, coffin, will, flowers, etc...
