So, I was thinking, is it really this simple:

    Structure:

    accounts
    - bank_id
    - account_number
    - sort_code
    - balanace_id

    banks
    - id
    - name
    .... etc

    balances
    - account_id
    - balance

    transactions
    - account_id
    .... etc

Banks register, and only the bank can only access customers where their bank_id is the banks id.... obviously you need to check balances and shit before transactions

Is this all banking is.... would make sense because money is nothing.

    Security code

    You need zip code.

Why r u asking? Credit card fraud doesn't "stick it to the man". Interest rates on cards not reflecting prime but a person's fico is very high because of fraud, also customers unaware and don't check account balance on there cc cards daily at the end of the day can be stuck with fraudulent charges.

It's one of the most fucked up things to do to the common person.

checking is just an account type; it's not the same thing as actually writing a cheque you turbo retard

also CC fraud typically bones merchants, not end users, because when someone makes a fraud complaint the card issuer immediately issues a chargeback and a bunch of associated fees. the anus of properly validating a card is contractually placed on merchants when they choose to accept CCs

When visa/mastercard accept a payment, do they have the ledger of the accounts balance, or would they send the api call to the bank the account belongs to who has the balance....

I might make a POC and create a fake currency... and psyop it.

Reasonably sure they do. If yours doesn't have a connection, that's probably by design. Also they must have an dedicated net block well the banks do. And/or a special channel if they communicate through cell towers.

But that's just speculation on my part, i'm not well versed in credit card fraud.

There's better ways to make money with computer skills though.

No such thing as a free lunch although criminals get better dividends. Low risk high reward is selling hacking tools to skids. Most commonly malware. Although you could sell to police forces and the military. But most countries have signals intelligence corps that basically provide all kinds of cyber and intelligence capabilities. IDK about where you live but there is some red tape before you can sell anything to the army. Especially sensitive technologies.

ScamCoin is a great idea btw. Go big.

To be honest, I wanna make something like tether... they just mint that shit themselves.. I'm trying to do something legal, so like pyramid schemes and such are a no no... currently building an invoicing/crm system.....

tempted to scrape the web for shit and sell the data some how, just need to figure the data.

Shodan, Censys and Project Sonar already have all the good data scraped. Buy a premium API key. Honestly i can't think of any legal thing you can do with data that you can easily scrape that most aggregators would leave alone.

Here's an idea, there are anti-shodan and general anti-aggregator scripts for bootstrapping servers you'd rather not have indexed, index them all and sell access.

Nigga shout out shadowcrew. Back in the dizay. TFC was formed from the ashes, then evolution then betabay then a lot of people got rich.

What's changed over the past few years is every site has VBV or secure on it built in so I would imagine were someone to find ANY spot without it they've got to milk it hard. Could be I'm just not thinking of your typical carder of being abstract enough but that would be a major obstacle in my mind.
