A discerning reader knows the difference between a news event and biased news reporting.
For example: If a plane crashes into the world trade center the news is going to be "A plane crashed into the WTS today" That news would be shared across all news platforms regardless of political persuasion, you could pretty much reliably "trust" the story is true regardless of the source as any news source saying "no it didn't" wouldn't be in business very long.
The later spin "IT WAS TRUMPS FAULT!" would not change the basic fact of the news story that a plane did in fact crash into the WTS.
Happy to educate the dumbbbies.
