No, Missiles fired from a ship in the gulf do not have the accuracy of a a bomb/missile fired and laser guided from an aircraft at the target site...when you have civilians all around firing an inaccurate missile from 200 miles away and hoping it hits the target and doesn't take out half the town instead... isn't a better solution. -
