whar i dont get is how you can excuse him shooting rosenbaum. didnt rosenbaum have no guns or wepaons on him but a plastic bag? so he is justified by thst states law to shoot someone simply chasing him without a real proof the perosn was a threat ormwould have killed him outwide maybe scare him or punch him?
