So yeah, 100% going to prison for a life sentence without parole. There will be no protests or upset.

    See you folx at sentencing!

    He freedomed yet?

Am I allowed to riot if I'm not in the US. Mind you I am brown. Seeing as I'm going to be identified as a brown man and attacked when as I go about my affairs I think I should just preemptively riot.

Also known as doing a b&e, cuz uhhh I'll be alone.

There were George Floyd protests in Japan, I think a Canadian can be forgiven for doing a little Rittenhouse Rioting.

I don't feel good about the fact there was no verdict today. It's pretty cut and dry if they are actually just looking at the evidence, the delay tells me they're splitting hairs over nonsense with each other.

    They are…

“According to a Tuesday afternoon pool report, the jury requested 11 additional copies of the first six pages of the 36-page jury instruction packet — which explain the legal principles behind issues like provocation and the meaning of “intent to kill.” Later, the jury requested 11 copies of the remaining pages of the juror instructions”

Jury nullification better be in the pamphlet. It's a huge and necessary part of the jury system.

Hmmm the jury was sent home? You'd figure they'd be sequestered in such a high-profile case.

There's probably a few hardheaded holdout jurors fearing for their safety who won't adhere to the facts and evidence like the others.

And the fact is... They have that right. They can just find him not guilty regardless of the facts.

It helps the common law system advance with the mores of the day. And makes sure Justice is done in the spirit and not merely the letter of the law.

"we want you to decide whether the evidence shows if this guy is innocent or guilty, but honestly if you feel like it you can just say fuck it and clear him of all charges even if you fully agree he definitely did it haha"

Yeah, not going in the pamphlet sorry. God bless the legal system. Bless its heart. It's trying.

Pfff. Fuck those pamphlets, what happened to justice being blind... As in nothing was seen, duh.
