2021-11-15 at 6:39 PM UTCI don't know shit about Russia, but I wouldn't rely on that sort of thing to keep me safe. There's too much chance they'd grab you to trade you, or because the business had branches or friends in the other country.
For instance I know there are regular busts in Ukraine of people doing hacks targeting America.
