   basically you buy the glass tubes, then use an angle guide and a heat gun/blowtorch to bend them into shape
   
   PETG or acrylic would be easier but I don't think you'd want to breathe through them when heated

    Just heat the outside and blow into it, and it won't deform due to differential air pressure acting on the softened part of the glass.
