He previously made good points about why there is no tissue paper in Chinese toilets - people just walk in and take it all cos it's free. Like take the whole lot.
You need to understand "the tragedy of the commons", and that Chinese just don't have a solution to it.
Therefore it's easy to predict that China will agree to nothing relating to climate change unless it benefits them, and therefore neither will a lot of other countries, as they can use China as an excuse.
Therefore climate change alarmism is pointless, and the world is fucked. -
