I knew a nigga with a gluten allergy that ate it for lunch every day

I used to get quinoa bacon salads with tomato and feta cheese from the deli, they were pretty good

So basically the quinoa is a filler and you have to have it with other stuff to hide the fact it's like eating a mongooses ass.

It was just a giant tub of quinoa, it was pretty good. You mostly are chewing on mouthfuls full of those tiny somewhat crunchy seeds and it's good with the spices and vinagrette. I might start packing it in my lunch. Cheap protein so you don't have to eat rice all the time

    variety is nice

quinoa is good ( Praise the Lord ) but something a bit sussy about it just popped into my head, its an anagram of Aquino but its probably nothing since quinoa is older than aquino they were there first - this is THEIR piece of dirt.

also i always mix up quinoa with cous cous which is also good but cous cous is just a really small pastaa and quinoa is a grain. that is all
