    Didn't look old with that wall type. It looked maybe 1950s at best. You could renovate it. it would of saved you a hundred thousand on frame work alone. just redesign the fucking thing. open up walls, make it roomier. add on an addition if there was enough property size. 50-60k you could of flipped the house.

    You know you have to consider the fact that the place was a fucking meth lab. That information would need to be disclosed to potential buyers, so any renovations made would pretty much be guaranteed to take a loss anyways. Nobody would pay full price for a former meth lab.

    I didn't think about that. You're right. I know if someone is murdered or commits suicide it has to be considered. We were going to buy a house where a lady killed herself. but they didn't take much off the asking price (california has a high demand for property) but it wasn't selling right away. It was a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house for the same price as a 3 and 2. it must of had some bad vibe going on it it. The meth house might scare off people thinking drug dealers will show up. but in california (which I guess its not) wouldn't matter. People from china or India wouldn't give two fucks and buy it up regardless. They come from countries with far worst problems. but you could still flip it (in 10 years) and rent it out for 10 years.
