   Ive been using epoxy to set the stem. Was thinking about using solder on some pipes but I like keeping the labels intact and heats no good from that perspective.

    I was told by a glass guy that pure oxygen was what he used. He did say acetylene was dirty, but more heat man.
    
    
    Like I said. I'd like to try and see about setting the stem with solder. Im thinking that I run the risk of fracturing the bottles if I start using fire 🔥🔥.
