By the time Biden is wheeled out of the White House covered in drool the Midterms will be right around the corner and the house and senate Dems will be too scared to pass anything that would even upset a moderate Democrat. Which will piss of their extreme progressive supporters who love the likes of Bernie and AOC. They are already looking at a historic midterm swing. At this point they are dammned if they do and dammed if they don't. At best Harris will be a lame duck for 2 1/2 years and may find herself in a position with no real veto power.
Plus the federal district courts have recently ruled in a handful of high profile gun rights cases on the side of 2A. As well SCOUTS agreeing to hearing another case from Heller of District of Columbia v. Heller and another important gun rights case both of which are expected to be ruled on in favor of 2A. -
