Basically they have this stipulation if you betray a trust or if she fuks you due to trusting you so they can still get you if the chick is over the age of consent or 16 but under 18. but I dont know how often this happens or if they truly prosecute this but apparently if there is a pretext like the chick takes alcohol in or smokes weed before you fuk her its a crime or can be due to the podstęp or pretext of her being tricked supposedly to fuk. but the other more dangerous one is betray of trust not even if youre a teacher apparently if you know her and share common interests and she fuks you due to believing you have good intentions as they call it it could be a crime or they could prosecute you. So to avoid this charge completely or risk I think youd have to fuk her jsut based on attraction alone maybe meet her online and have her say youre handsome or agree to meet for sex right away so she cant later say you tricked her or she only got naked because you proised to ake her some star or because she trusted you and put her faith in you for some bs reason she would make up. I dont know guys these laws are fuking weird. it should be like either its 18 or 15 not try to mix and match it like have one age of consent than really have it be another and shet or for certain shet it fuks with dudes heads and shet. Whats really dumb about it is everyone smokes some weed or has some wine before fuking usually. who does it completely sober unless theyre in some sort of relationship or when waking up and having a woody or something?
