it is wasting recyclable energy. "Cost to much" why doesn't the Governments just compensate or give tax breaks if they utilize it and then collect taxes on whatever electricity they create with the exhaust -

the City vs your cushy-ass suburbs (all of you on NIS) is a fight you candy asses. car full of speeding thugs on wheels almost ran into the dude in front of me.. I just dead stopped (in Richmond) and they looked at me and Im like "Sup.. go ahead" and he thanked me with a nodding gesture and sped up to the dude who laid into his horn and they were acting like they were gonna run into each other on purpose back and forth in one lane. and my map said "Turn here" and I was all happy cause anytime I get pulled into the hood some weird shit seems to happen.
