The point is without a central hub and a return to hub schedule…scheduling actual aircraft can only be done on a short term basis.
Southwest fly from city to city get assigned a new job..fly there, get assigned a new job…fly there…etc…you have no clear plan of where X plane will be 6 months from now.
Having your inventory regularly returning to a central hub gives you better control of your schedule and what inventory (of aircraft) you have available.
…rather than "oh what planes do we have near Buffalo?".
doesnt make sense because people who went to florida from texas will want to return. it seems retarded for southwest to fly people from texas to florida and then not take people who want to go to texas from florida in its way back.
do you already have knowledge of how southwest operates prior to this episode or did this information came to you from MSM only very recently. -

2021-10-15 at 5:11 PM UTCBut yeah I don't like NPR...they are extremely left wing but claim to be neutral which is a joke. CONSTANT stories about blacks and transsexuals, I often have to turn it off mid story and then keep checked back every few mins till they've shut up and started talking about something else.
It's either that though or stupid fucking country channels playing pretentious country songs. -
