I'm filing an arbitration claim against TOTSE.com

    I will be filing a claim against the owner of totse.com because it has not been used since 2009 and this is reason to declare Domain Squatting.

    That Pedophile Kevin Spacey won kevinspacey.com after loosing through an attorney because the reg was in Canada.

    so he went through this website above and finally won the case to get kevinspacey.com from the squatter.
    So The reason I want totse.com is because I like the acronym. it would stand for Today's Obligatory Theatrics Seen Everywhere.

    I'm so excited I got the ball rolling. soon I will own totse.com

    The Totse.com domain was used to register some very important and vintage accounts, so anyone who got a hold of it could easily setup an e-mail server on it and use that to reset passwords on those VIP accounts. That's why it will never be available.

    the thing is it's been down for 12 years. so the first years the owner could claim he has plans for it. but after 12 consecutive years of nothing being on it but a blank page would show it's clearly being domain squatting. I dont know if there is a rule of how many years a site can be regged and not used but if it comes down to it, they could do an audit to make sure hidden pages were being used in their defense saying "We just didn't have a standard html front page"
