    SNEED

    1) Reporter at a game lies and says "Fuck Joe Biden" chant is "Let's Go Brandon." (name of the guy she's talking to) Step 2) Southwest Airlines cancels flights "because of the weather" when it's really due to pilots and crew not showing up for work in protest of the vaccine. Step 3) Profit.

    Yep can't believe ANYTHING.
Just wait and see what happens in Chicago this Friday when half of the cops cant work due to the vaccine mandate.

The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Feeduck and Seeduck".

    "It's just the weather, guise."

Southwest flies point to point to point...rather than from a central hub, apparently that's the main problem as their planes end up all over the place.

No, most airlines have a hub...southwest don't...so all their planes fly from one job to the next...rather than eventually going back to a hub...that means you could end up with all your planes in Alaska and none in North Carolina.

its impossible, retarded even for southwest to not fly back from alaska carrying outbound passengers and i dont know of any airport that could handle hundreds of parked aircraft.

    large parked aircrafts.

Airlines like to keep their planes moving on their scheduled routes. Each plane costs something like $200million so just the depreciation is substantial, something like $20,000 a day or so.

My god YOU people are autistic sometimes...

I wasn't actually suggesting ALL their planes would end up in Alaska...it's called "exaggeration for effect"..a relatively common way to dumb down and explain something to someone as simply as possible.

The point is without a central hub and a return to hub schedule...scheduling actual aircraft can only be done on a short term basis.

Southwest fly from city to city get assigned a new job..fly there, get assigned a new job...fly there...etc...you have no clear plan of where X plane will be 6 months from now.

Having your inventory regularly returning to a central hub gives you better control of your schedule and what inventory (of aircraft) you have available.

...rather than "oh what planes do we have near Buffalo?".

Enterprise rent-a-car could use a hub system, the last 3 times I've used them they've told me they don't have any cars for rental...WTF, your business is renting cars and you don't fucking have any...3 times in a row!?
