yeah you gotta sabotage the workplace to get ahead
when I did order pulling I would get a big stack of 400 orders to pull and 100 of them would always get lost under a shelf or shredded because those fucks in the office had it too easy and I wanted my department to finish early and have THEM stay late to deal with angry customers
I learned this from the late and still great Eddie Lampert who is the greatest CEO that ever lived, and my personal hero.
You are NOT a team. At the end of the day you would gladly shoot up your workplace if the boss said he will give you everyone's pay check if you did it. wait in the parking lot in the bushes and take them all out, YOU WOULD ALL FUCKING DO IT NO QUESTIONS ASKED IF YOU COULD GET AWAY WITH IT. It's cool the boss bribed the cops. Nobody will ever know. 100% you would do it.
If you ever get caught by security while sabotaging the workplace simply murder the security guard and get away with that. terrible tragedy a random stabbing at work! oh well you get a few days off while the cops investigate. DAYS OFF WITH PAY!!!
In People's Republic of Walmart, Leigh Phillips and Michal Rozworski argue that planning on vast scales is possible, and it works. But when Sears's Ayn Rand-loving owner introduced internal markets because he was so horrified at central planning inside capitalist firms, things quickly fell apart.
What went wrong? Lampert, who also manages hedge fund ESL investments, appears to have chosen fundamentally bad incentives, encouraging internal rivalries while ignoring external competition and their own customers. Creating major internal divisions blocked internal synergy. Even attempt to generate better data was corrupted by internal machinations.
you must hide their computers and break their printer! department competition is the best way!
