i can't follow the logic train of the guberment because i am not socialized enough by their corrupt morality to understand why they do anything or why anyone supports them

Among many, many other things. If you get a premium account you can run your own Xkeyscore, basically. It'll be low budget and low capacity, but OSINT and SOCMINT frameworks make you into a poor man's intelligence operation. -
