Anything in the name of the greater good is not in the constitution. In fact the word good only appears once in Article III Section 1 where it says;

Tge word public appears twelve times. The only place public safety is mentioned in in Section 9: Powers Denied Congress.
"The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."
So as usual you are dead wrong. There has been no invasion or rebellion to threaten public safety. Therefore her fears do not trump my liberty. Of course anyone who feels otherwise is more than welcome to act on their fears and try to take my liberty. The vaccines required are for diseases that only reside in humans and don't have an animal reservoir. That is why things like polio have been eradicated. You can't eradicated covid, the flu, or even the common cold with a vaccine as those organisms can host in animals and humans.
