This is nothing. People think trespassing means walking into someones back yard or whatever but a "criminal trespass" is a very specific legal term
"You are trespassing" is used by rent-a-cops and retard cops all the time to make people leave but 99% of the time it has nothing to do with "criminal trespass"
that being said YES you can wave people into your house, an entire angry mob and then call the police and report them for trespassing. It's not a criminal trespass until the police are on scene with the property owner.
The government can at any time arrest and charge anyone they feel like for being inside of any building they own and you are simply at the whim of the property owner. Just like when I got "banned" from tim hortons for "trespassing" even though I have never been banned or kicked out of a store before in my life
if you leave your own personal property you should be aware of this at all times that it's NOT illegal to go to a "closed" park at night but it CAN be illegal to stand in line at a grocery store if the owner decides he doesn't like the way you look and tells you to put your shit down and get the fuck out

Look up the trespassing statute. Right in it, it says a person can't be trespassed if they are being lawful, even if the complainant owns the property. Once you go public with your business, you willingly and voluntarily create an exposure to the public for yourself.

You have to be breaking a law for them to be able to trespass you, because they are open to the public.
