Secret unaccountable courts punishing people for saying what everyone knows.
That's the modern America.
What intelligent person would support such a system? -

Man you believe so much BS.
https://www.foxnews.com/us/outspoken-marine-recently-released-from-brig-charged-with-six-crimes.ampScheller is accused of displaying contempt toward officials, disrespecting superior commissioned officers, willfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer, dereliction in the performance of his duties and failure to obey an order or regulation, and displaying conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.
He broke his chain of command as well as other things. -

That's the military. Like when "people" (I use this word very loosely to describe antivaxxers 😏) were shocked that the US military was forcing the covid vaccine on their soldiery. Forcing soldiers to take weird experimental vaccines is like... common practice. They've been doing that forever. If you went into the army not expecting to get juiced up with a bunch of wild shit to protect you from obscure diseases most doctors haven't even heard of, you're an idiot. Similarly, if you expected to go to civilian court rather than a court martial... you're a big dumb stupidhead. Honestly.
Is America fucked? Are the courts in America fucked? Sure. Definitely. Is this a great example of that? Not really. Soldiers sign away their rights along with their humanity. Don't weep for this guy. -

I would think that it being general practice would make it a better example, not worse -

A noble cause. Also in the news, fractional reserve banking is dead, long live pure printed created out of nothing fiat 'money'. Reserve requirements are not a thing anymore.
