   Working at Aldi's can't be that good of a job because they always seem to have a lot of turnover. There is only one gal that I can think of that has worked for them for years. She actually transferred from the old Aldi's I used to shop at before they opened the newer, larger one I shop at now. I believe they will be closing the old one soon because I just read in the last week or so that they were going to open a new one just a couple of miles down the road in a failed grocery in a newer strip mall.

   My shift only has 12 people and I don't know half of their names.
   
   My last job I trained new people and a lot of them.
   I quit even trying to remember names very fast because the turn over rate was so high.
