Had bacon wrapped Sirloin steaks on Saturday

    $9, slid down the old esophagus great. Side was Potatoes O'Brian.



    Pan seared for 2 mins either side then in the oven on 350f for 10 mins to give a nice pink center.
    The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!

    It's a month since this meaty treat delighted my stomach with it's visitation...I suspect one of it's siblings will have to visit this weekend.

    I rarely eat red meat anymore. Once in a while we cut up a nice steak and pan cook it then make stew or chili in the crock pot slow cooker from 8am to about 7. Add carrots first at 12pm and dice potatoes at 4pm with celery one hour before it finishes. Then rouge or butter with flour (whatever it's called.. makes it gravy instead of watery)
