A Group of men. Maybe ties to CIA.
Before 9/11 and the crazy shit I have experienced in the past, I had experienced an incident with my older brother (who passed away in Texas) when we were young children. it was maybe 1971 or 1972. we were in our parents room playing and got into their closet and into a box and there was a hand made mask from what looked like a potato sack or cheese cloth. it didn't look like something my Mom would of made. then my brother eyes got big, he said "Zodiac" and I said something like "what is a zodiac" and he showed the cross hair design on the front. it had eyes cut out. clearly as a mask. right then and there are pops walked in. beat the living shit out of us for going through "his" stuff.
over the years we figured he made it as a joke or for halloween. We didn't find out later until after his death that he spent time in Mexico jail for like 3 years on the run from the FBI for bank robbery in San Francisco. he shot a guard. I dont think the guard died but the 2 guys with him (though it was he who shot the guard) got 20 years each for their part in the robbery while he got 7 years for being a Marine who faught in Iwo Jima, the Judge gave him less time because they figured he suffered PTSD or Shell Shock or whatever it was called in those days.
He doesn't look exactly like the Zodiac photo and they have found others who have looked more like the Zodiac. however it's rare the sketch is spot on and often innocent people go to prison in those days because of false memory. after a sketch is created, it can lead the witness to believe the person they picked up is the actual person.
normally I wouldn't post a family members photo but I'll let you decide. I never thought "Yeah he looks like him" it's because of the mask we saw. The person in the film Zodiac with Rodney Downy Junior and Jake Gyllenthall.
I read a story about how the CIA was doing these psychological terrors on the civilian population. perhaps for battlefield experimentation. and that in this story that there were multiple Zodiacs. but the guy who is suspect in the movie from 2007, he works at the Hercules Shell Refinery which I had family living close by during that time.
