That's the VERY FIRST thing he did when he got in. Gave all his filthy rich buddies HUGE tax breaks, on tax they weren't even really paying in the first place, causing them to be able to cash in on HUGE tax refunds, on the tax they never paid. He threw the peasants a bone, but it was only temporary, while his filthy rich buddies enjoyed a permanent tax break. -
