Ill be gone more and more. I'm cleaning shit up in the condo here. Im thinking of getting a mailbox address in Vegas and drive every 10 days back and forth to get a license and car reg there so I can Uber at the Vegas airport, then fly back to Berkeley for 10 days. Air fair is cheap enough. Would make 2-3 times as much because I waste time in traffic out here. It fucking sucks. Then buy a house out in the outskirts of Vegas. Maybe a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and add boxabl to it. If Vegas runs out of water, I'll truck it in for bathing and drink bottle water.
The heat there is nice. It's very dry most of the time except monsoon season. I'll stay in Cali during that period. -
