   I actually drive in east Oakland and Richmond which are the higher crime areas but I know or heard from multiple platform of people saying middle eastern and Indian peeps ( not all ) refuse to pick up. Play the game of calling and checking people then act like they lost signal. I believe the faraday foil pouch works well. The AP knows people will put airplane mode and AI Chat Box asking them if they're going offline .

   Its racist to not pick up black people and you waste gas and a potential fat tip for being racist. It's not racist if you feel threatened because the streets have few street lights on. Or you feel nervous about a crowed of people.
