you make freeze dried luxury astronaut style donuts. people buy them and keep them in a crown royal bag and when they want a donut they just toss one of your astronaut donuts in a bucket of water and it inflates and hydrates back to life. its perfect for camping and backpacking or other extreme activities where you dont want to be hauling around a big box of heavy legacy donuts with you
You can buy freeze dried foods at Nasa's gift shop here in Houston, the freeze dried ice cream sandwich is particularly popular...even though it was never used on any mission.
I don't think you are allowed to eat donuts in space. You would probably have to go with cinnamon chocolate icing on a tortilla
and you would likely want hot sauce on it. Space is fucked, humans really are not supposed to be there.
I want to spend my last 10 years in space and watch the horror as my bones turn into liquid and I become a sphere of flesh that shits into tubes and gets my internet from the space lasers

Ewwwwwwwwwwww...soggy doughnuts.
You should at least reconstitute them in a pot of coffee.
