the article gives no details about the man's death (save that it was attributed to covid, which effectively means nothing), it paints Carlson's show as the only reason he didn't get vaccinated, it doesn't repeat any of the claims which supposedly swayed his decision, it assumes vaccination would've helped even though vaccine effectiveness is in freefall....
can you actually not detect a hit piece, or are you wilfully ignoring it?
