I had my first and only panic attack when I was under a severe amount of stress and sad stuff happening around me and then I stepped on the equivalent of a lego with all heel that was already injured and the intense pain plus nausea made me scared enough to have a panic attack.
Point being it might just be a one time thing with a perfect set of circumstances to cause it. So just try to chill out a little. -
