NiS has its little special place in the armpit of the internet. If you’re on this site, it means you have at least a mild interest in communicating with strangers on the internet for some reason. Why we stay here is beyond me.
Does NiS fulfill all of your needs? If not, what do you do online? Reddit? If so, what subreddits? Facebook? If so, what groups? It doesn’t necessarily have to be a social activity, though “community” is one thing we all have in common.
Where can we find you online without necessarily finding you?

its the largest current totse spinoff, i took a different path to 4chan and regretted it so i am reliving the nostalgia of the path i should of took. why do we stay here? because the rest of the internet is a tightly controlled fucking shithole, this is among the last places that comes anywhere close to freedom of speech. it isnt ideal, we know its not ideal, we know lanny banned people for trivial reasons, but where the fuck else on the clearnet do we go?
where can you find me online? anywhere on the darknet im probably there, not too long ago the entire internet was considered the darknet when it wasnt normie enough. now the normies need to invent a new word for the part of the net they dont approve of because it is too difficult to access and they cant stop getting triggered by the existence of someone with a contrary opinion.
cue the demonization of the darknet being full of drug dealers and pedos until the normies eventually figure out how to illegally immigrate there too and spread their cancer.
in a nutshell, where you wont find normies, youll find me, so keep digging in those places you know you shouldnt but cant resist.

I'm on NIS to talk to people i consider friends, talk about drugs and computer science. Other than that i'm a lot on the internet because of the kind of work i do.

found the name via wifi. a neighbor named it as their wifi. out of curiosity I typed it in as a URL and saw Totse.com background (Red told me he believes it was Lanny and he was my neighbor in the Berkeley area) and was like "maybe this person just found the bg somewhere" and then reading some of the forum names I knew it was some knockoff but turned out to be an iteration of former users.
also I logged onto zoklet for a month and Lanny shitted on me. noticed later looking at a desktop snapshot i came across that I spoke with Lanny and Sir Lancelot or some gay name with a happy emote riding a faggot looking horse.
there are people out there I believe might find this place one day and help me do research for the real missing (Once archived on waybackmachine) pages from totse.com showing a thread. a massive thread lasting about 6 months that stood out on the basic UI page where it glowed light blue over black text or something like that. I never seen that in the threads header before. not sure how they did it. UBB code or what. but it clearly used to bait.
and the Adventure began that day
