   In curry. with oumpkin n chickpea n coconut milk n shit. By itself i find them kinda boring, n its hard to make them savory without balancing out the sweet weirdness. Also good oven crisped in cubes, tossed with oil, salt n pepper. Like sweet potato fries with a cool ranch dip,

   I just peel the skins and then cut into 1/4" or so thick slices and air fry and then eat plain. Very healthy this way.

    I bought a sausage biscuit and hash brown from Mcdonalds on the way in this morning...first one in about ummm 6 months.
    
    6 months ago said meal was $1.62 (including the tax). This morning I handed the Nubian $2 and she said "It's 2.17"...an increase of 55 cents or 33.95061728395062% in 6 months.
