I would do one handed pushups or clap pushups.
I can barely do 10 right now. Chest must be 3 inches off the ground
that would barely get you to graduate from airforce boot camp.
im in my late 80s and can physically outperform every single person i know...including teenagers. a teeny-bopper (literally young enough to be my grand-kid) tried to outrun me a few weeks ago then when i caught him he tried pawning off the embarrassment by saying he got tired.

If you look at the Fukishima quake where water just kept rushing in. It didn't just come in like a wave. it came in surging.. starting from it's original waterline to getting slowly higher then more noticeably higher than obviously surging higher and higher. people stand there thinking "Gee how high will it get" before trying to outrun it. the surge moves faster than the height of water falls and disperses so it truly looks like a wall coming at you instead of a scoop shape.
also water suddenly moves out into the ocean away from the coastline for as much as a mile or two. its getting sucked into the wall of water surging in. it pulls the water out so there is nothing but flat wet sand going a mile or so out like it's a low tide. boxing day tsunami caught on that island was just unbelievable and sounds like someone exaggerated the story. you have to be there to believe it.
Santa Cruz got slammed with that fukishima and the boxing day tsunami because of it's crescent shape just like crescent city got hit. the bay area had a bit of a surge but not much.
