my thouht is that it was to appease the tallybunnies as their patience were wearing thin and as part of the plea bargain for the tallybunnies to not attack any american forces was an immediate withdrawal.
and the biggest, loudest and most brazen sign of white flag and withdrawal was to leave bagram immediately. i think that was part of bidens attempt to not have bloods on his hands.
